An Act to define inducing a minor into prostitution.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1. The first sentence of Section 4A of Chapter 272, is hereby amended to provide 
2as follows: -
3 Whoever induces a minor to engage in or to agree to engage in or offer to engage in 
4prostitution or in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee, or who knowingly aids 
5and assists in such inducement, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not 
6more than five, nor less than three years, and by a fine of five thousand dollars.
