An Act pertaining to the estimated rate of inflation for social service programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, no increase
2above 200% of the previous year's rate increase shall be allowed as an estimated rate of inflation
3for social service programs under General Laws, Chapter 7, section 22N.
