An Act to designate the courthouse in the Roxbury section of the city of Boston as the Edward
O. Gourdin Courthouse.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 The courthouse located at 85 Warren Street in the city of Boston that houses the Roxbury
2division of the Boston municipal court department shall be designated and known as the Edward
3O. Gourdin Courthouse, in memory of the late honorable Edward Orval “Ned” Goudin for his
4many contributions to the judiciary, his community and the commonwealth. The division of
5capital asset management and maintenance shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the
6designation in compliance with any applicable standards.
