2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
3232 2is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
3333 3 9. Such person is breastfeeding their child and indicates on a juror summons response an
3434 4election not to perform juror service.
