2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1: Section 46 of chapter 221 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016
3030 2Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first sentence of the first
3131 3paragraph the following:-
3232 4 and further provided that nothing herein shall prohibit a trust, corporation or limited
3333 5liability company, whether domestic or foreign, from representing itself in summary process
3434 6proceedings.
