An Act relative to bail fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. subsection (a) of section 24 of chapter 262 of the General Laws, as
2appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word
3"$40" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "$60";
4 SECTION 2. subsection (b) of section 24 of chapter 262 of the General Laws, as
5appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word
6"$50" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "$70".
