2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 149 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by
3232 2inserting, after Section 6G, the following section:
3333 3 Section 6H. All motor vehicles operating on a construction site, that would otherwise be
3434 4required to use a reverse signal alarm per the regulations set by the Occupational Safety and
3535 5Health Administration, shall use a white noise reverse alarm compliant with the regulations set
3636 6by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as described in 29 CFR 1926.601.
