An Act clarifying mandatory overtime protections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 224 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended in SECTION 103 in 
2subsection 226 by deleting section (h).
