An Act relative to relief for the Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws is hereby amended by 
2inserting the following subsection:-
3 (k) The trust is exempt from chapter 149, sections 26 and 27, and from any other 
4provisions concerning the Prevailing Wage Law establishing minimum wage rates for workers 
5on public construction projects.
