An Act relative to labor rights of chief probation officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official 
2Edition, is hereby amended by striking the phrase “, or chief probation officer or acting chief 
3probation officer of any court or region, including without limitation of the term, any division or 
4department of the trial court”.
