The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to behavioral health workforce loan repayment eligibility. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Item 1599-2026 of section 2A of chapter 102 of the acts of 2021 is hereby 2amended by striking out the words “hospital or an in-patient psychiatric hospital” and inserting 3in place thereof the following:- hospital, an in-patient psychiatric hospital, or an acute care 4hospital that received enhanced Medicaid payments under section 63 of chapter 260 of the acts 5of 2020 in calendar year 2022.
