2828 An Act authorizing sewer and water user discounts in the town of Hopkinton.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of
3232 2Hopkinton Select Board may discount fees charged to income eligible residents for the use of the
3333 3Town’s water and sewer systems.
3434 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
