| 31 | 31 | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of | |
| 32 | 32 | 2Hopkinton Select Board may discount fees charged to income eligible residents for the use of the | |
| 33 | 33 | 3Town’s water and sewer systems. | |
