2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 3A, of Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in 2020
3030 2Official Edition is hereby amended by adding in line 22 after the word “section” the following:
3131 3 “Provided, however, that no regulations promulgated under this section may limit in any
3232 4way a municipality’s ability to require a minimum number of affordable units within a zoning
3333 5district created pursuant to this section.”
