| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. The Boundaries of the Adams Fire District shall be coterminous with the |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2boundaries of the Town of Adams. |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3 SECTION 2. Water service boundaries are set per the elevations listed in the most current |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4“Rules and Regulations of the Adams Fire District Governing the Design and Construction of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5Water Systems”. Any requests for water service outside these established boundaries will need to |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6be approved by District Voters and the request be submitted following the most current “Adams |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7Fire District Bylaws”. All new installations outside the water service boundaries will be subject |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8to the most current “District Rules and Regulations of the Adams Fire District Governing the |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 9Design and Construction of Water Systems”. |

| 38 | 38 | | 10 SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon passage. |
