2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1.Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by
3232 2inserting, after the words "or welfare." in line 101, the following:-
3333 3 A damage to the above listed "public health, safety and welfare" shall be proven in the
3434 4court of law by local authorities that seek to restrict the use of solar systems attached to
3535 5permanent buildings.
