An Act establishing representative town meetings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 271 of the Acts of 1933, as amended, is further
2amended by inserting in the first sentence of said Section 3 after the words “director of municipal
3finance,” the words “chairperson of the board of water commissioners”.
4 SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
