| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 1. Section 57, of Chapter 40, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 32 | 32 | | 2amended by adding in subsection (d), in line 79, after the word “forty” the following new |

| 34 | 34 | | 4 “building permits and other local permits, licenses, and approvals necessary to implement |

| 35 | 35 | | 5energy efficiency and building decarbonization measures authorized by certified efficiency plans |
