| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 70F of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 |

| 31 | 31 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 Notwithstanding the above, if the person’s blood has come in contact with another person |
