2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition,
3030 2is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (g) the following subsection:-
3131 3 (h) Subsection (e) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the
3232 4course of an employee strike or lockout except during the period of a declared emergency by the
3333 5governor.
