An Act relative to the Civilian Marksmanship Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 123 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by 
2inserting a new paragraph:
3 "Notwithstanding any general law, special law, or regulation to the contrary, firearms 
4furnished through the Civilian Marksmanship Program as established by the United States 
5Congress shall be eligible for transfer by a licensee."
