2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 12 of Chapter 90B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
3030 2amended, in the first paragraph, by inserting after the words “ by members of the state police,”
3131 3the following: “by deputy sheriffs”
3232 4 SECTION 2. Section 10G of Chapter 21A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
3333 5hereby amended, in the first paragraph, by inserting after the words “members of the state
3434 6police,” the following: “deputy sheriffs”
