An Act related to public safety and police evidence review.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, law enforcement
2departments shall provide resources to ensure officers can make an accurate statement.
