An Act relative to the availability of personal floatation devices at certain municipal and
recreational programs and camps.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 127A½ of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official
2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “excluding” and inserting in place
3thereof the following word:- including.
