2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 32
3232 2of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is amended in
3333 3Section 91(b) by adding at the end of the paragraph, the following:
3434 4 Any person providing actuarial, auditing, accounting or legal services to a retirement
3535 5board is exempt from the earnings and hours limitations outlined herein.
