34 | 34 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

35 | 35 | | of the same, as follows: |

36 | 36 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Randall |
---|
37 | 37 | | 2Williams, a member of the police department of the town of Conway, may continue in his |
---|
38 | 38 | | 3position until he reaches 70 years of age, the date of his retirement or until his non- |
---|
39 | 39 | | 4reappointment, whichever first occurs; provided, however, that deductions from the regular |
---|
40 | 40 | | 5compensation of Randall Williams shall not be made under chapter 32 of the General Laws for |
---|
41 | 41 | | 6any service subsequent to his reaching age 65 in connection with his service to the town for |
---|
42 | 42 | | 7retirement or pension purposes, or take any action relative thereto. |

43 | 43 | | 8 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
