An Act relative to public hearings of the Group Insurance Commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 32A, Section 3, shall be further amended by adding the following
2to the existing text, to follow the words, “including the cost thereof”:— “The commission shall
3be required to hold public hearings prior to changing requirements for copayments, deductibles,
4or other benefits.”
