An Act designating certain employees of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to be 
in Group 2 of the contributory retirement system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Cushing Hospital”, in line 282, 
3the following words:- “Highway and Street Construction and Maintenance Workers of the 
4Massachusetts Department of Transportation.”
