2727 An Act relative to the membership of the PRIM board.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 23 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Edition, is hereby
3131 2amended by striking out, in lines 201 and 202, the words “a representative of a public safety
3232 3union who shall be appointed by the governor”, and inserting in place thereof the following:- “a
3333 4public safety union member who shall be appointed by the governor from a list of three such
3434 5nominees submitted by the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems
3535 6Elected Executive Board”.
