2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official edition, is
3232 2hereby amended by inserting after the phrase "duties assigned to them" the following words:-
3333 3"employees of Holyoke and Chelsea Soldiers' Homes employed as registered nurses, licensed
3434 4practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, recreational therapists and physical therapy
3535 5assistants;".
