An Act relative to the Massachusetts teacher retirement system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (4) of Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as 
2appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 484, after the 
3words “United States,” the following words:- "service rendered in a territory of the United 
4States, service rendered on a United States military base,"
