An Act relative to amending retirement eligibility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3(2)g of the General Laws in the 2020 Official Edition pertaining to 
2Group 4 state retirement s hereby amended by inserting after the word "more" in line 333, the 
3following:- ",which may include a combination of employment and prior military service up to 
4four years of military service"
