| 32 | 32 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. |

| 34 | 34 | | 2 Chapter 32, Section 3(2)(g) is hereby amended by adding the following at the beginning |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 3of Group 2. Employees of the Commonwealth who are required to respond to emergencies or |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 4work in hazardous environments; employees of the Commonwealth who are required to respond |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 5and inspect hazardous material spills or who are required to inspect such areas or whose duties |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 6require one to be present where such hazardous materials, including asbestos and radioactive |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 7materials, are stored, used, emitted, and or manufactured or where contamination from such has |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 8occurred; employees of the Commonwealth who work in laboratories handling biological or |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 9other dangerous materials associated with blood-born, viral or other possible communicable 2 of 2 |

| 42 | 42 | | 10and/or dangerous substances; employees of the Commonwealth whose duties include the use of |

| 43 | 43 | | 11scuba diving equipment or work as aerial foresters or crewmen. State Employees who engage in |
