An Act to increase the working cap limit for municipal police retirees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by 
2inserting after the word “year”, in line 98, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, the 
3following words:- or, in the case of municipal police officers, for not more than 1,500 hours in 
4the aggregate, in any calendar year.
5 SECTION 2. Said section 91 of said chapter 32 is hereby further amended by inserting 
6after the word “aggregate”, in line 113, as so appearing, the following words:- , or 1,500, in the 
7aggregate, for municipal police officers.
