An Act relative to public safety employee death benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by 
2inserting after the words “correction officer” in line 21, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, 
3the words “and Department of Public Works employee”.
4 SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon its passing.
