An Act establishing retirement parity for long term public defenders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is 
2hereby amended by inserting after the word "attorneys”, in line 328, the following words:-
3 , attorneys, investigators, social workers and social service advocates who have been 
4employed by the Committee for Public Counsel Services for 10 years or more.
