An Act regarding free tuition for students seeking a degree in criminal justice.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, an individual pursuing a 
2degree in criminal justice or a certificate in law enforcement at any college or university in the 
3Commonwealth shall receive from the Commonwealth full tuition reimbursement for his or her 
4course of studies.
