An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain employees of the Department of Children 
and Families.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 277 , after the words “social worker 
3A/B, C, or D,;” the following words:- clinical social worker A/B and C, social work technician, 
4special investigator 1/2, case reviewer, human service assistant, and human service coordinator
