The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to the membership of the PRIM Board. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 23 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 201, after the words “representative of a 3public safety union” the following words:- from a list of 3 candidates nominated by the executive 4board of the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems, Inc. who shall be a 5member of the state employees’ retirement system, the teachers’ retirement system, or any other 6retirement system that has been vested in the PRIT Fund.
