2828 Resolve authorizing the study of cost of living increases for state police retirees.
2929 1 Resolved, That there shall be a special commission to examine the feasibility of increases
3030 2to Cost of Living Adjustments for retirees of the Massachusetts State Police. The commission
3131 3shall consist of the chairs of the joint committee on public service, the executive director of the
3232 4state retirement board, a member to be appointed by the chair of the MA public employee
3333 5retirement administration commission and the president of MA retirees.
3434 6 Said commission shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means the
3535 7results of its investigation recommendations together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry
3636 8said recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the clerks of the house of
3737 9representatives and senate on or before January 1, 2024.
