2828 An Act relative to Massachusetts certified emergency telecommunicators.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, subsection (g)
3232 2of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is
3333 3hereby amended by inserting after the words “Cushing hospital” in lines 265 and 266 the
3434 4following:-
3535 5 "all full time dispatchers, dispatch supervisors, communications center directors or
3636 6communications chiefs certified by the commonwealth of Massachusetts State 911 Department
3737 7as certified telecommunicators, as defined by MA 560 CMR 5.04"
