Steven Ultrino relative to the retirement classification of forensic scientists employed at the 
Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory in the contributory retirement system for public 
employees. Public Service.

An Act relative to employees of the Commonwealth that are required to respond to crime scenes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 in the official 2016 edition is hereby amended in 
2subparagraph (g), under "Section 2" by inserting therein the words, "Forensic Scientists 
3employed at the Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory;" after the words, "head guard and 
4chief of waterfront police".
