An Act amending the tax deduction for medical, dental and other expenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Subparagraph (4) of paragraph (b) of Part B of section 3 of chapter 62 of the General 
2Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first 
3sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- An amount equal to the 
4deduction for medical, dental and other expenses allowed under section 213 of the Code as 
5currently in effect.
