Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subparagraph (4) of paragraph (b) of Part B of section 3 of chapter 62 of the General 2Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first 3sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- An amount equal to the 4deduction for medical, dental and other expenses allowed under section 213 of the Code as 5currently in effect.
