31 | 31 | | 1 Massachusetts would impose a new property tax on corporations owning single family |

32 | 32 | | 2households in the state. This rate would be $9 per 1,000 of the assessed value of the property. |

33 | 33 | | 3This rate would be implemented over 3 years ($3 per year increase). |
