2626 An Act to provide sustainable water resources in the town of Tyngsborough.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding chapter 21G of the General Laws, or any other general or
3030 2special law or regulation to the contrary, the Tyngsborough Water District may withdraw up to
3131 31,000,000 gallons of water per day from water sources on its properties.
3232 4 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
