| 31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 32 | 32 | | 1 Chapter 59 Section 21C of the MA General Laws is hereby amended by adding after |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 2subsection (n) the following: |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3 (o) The local appropriating authority may, by accepting this paragraph, provide that taxes |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4may thereafter be assessed in excess of the amount otherwise allowed by this section, solely for |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5payment, in whole or in part, of Regional Vocational school debt service charges that the school |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 6board responsible for determining the debt service charges certifies were not in fiscal year two |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 7thousand and twenty paid by local taxes. |
