2626 An Act relative to rolling stock.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3030 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the definition of “Retail establishment”,
3131 3the following definition:-
3232 4 “Rolling stock”, trucks, tractors, and trailers, used by common carriers to transport goods
3333 5in interstate commerce.
3434 6 SECTION 2. Section 6 of chapter 64H, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting,
3535 7after subsection (xx), the following new subsection:-
3636 8 (yy) Sales of rolling stock.
3737 9 SECTION 3. Section 1 of chapter 64I, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting in
3838 10line 7, after the words “ retail establishment”, the following new words:- ", rolling stock”. 2 of 2
3939 11 SECTION 4. Section 7 of chapter 64I, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting,
4040 12after subsection (e), the following new subsection:-
4141 13 (f) Storage, use or other consumption of rolling stock."
