An Act increasing the rental deduction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 109, the figure '3,000' and inserting in
3place thereof the following figure:- 5,000
