2929 An Act relative to the direct sale of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption.
3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1: Section 19 of chapter 138 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2020
3333 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof, the following subsection:-
3434 3 (c) A manufacturer may sell alcoholic beverages in kegs, casks, barrels, cans or bottles
3535 4for consumption off a manufacturer’s premises; provided, however, that such a licensee may sell
3636 5alcoholic beverages produced by the manufacturer for off-premises consumption.
