2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Paragraph (3)(ii) of subsection (k) of Section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as
2929 2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking “$600,000” and inserting
3030 3in place thereof the following:- the median assessed value for a single-family home of the
3131 4municipality for the preceding calendar year, as calculated by the department of revenue.
