An Act relative to motor vehicle excise tax waivers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 15 of Chapter 60 is hereby amended by striking the word "less" in
2the last paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following, "an amount as set by local
3ordinance".
